Had a problem with a gas leak and my gas supply had been turned off. Max arrived promptly at 7 am and located the problem pretty quickly. He suggested a couple of solutions which I appreciated and I took his advice on board. Max was friendly and polite and explained things very clearly. I liked the easy procedure for paying the invoice too. Thnx SGT Plumbing. Love that you’re a local business!
Recently used SGT Plumbing for the first time and was totally impressed by the experience. Their online booking system was easy to use. Max arrived same day to assess and quote. Quote was sent and accepted electronically which made it all so easy. Max returned next day and did an excellent job.
Contacted SGT in the morning and spoke to Kate who talked me through the issues and she was so easy to deal with. Had Max out by 2pm that day. He went straight to the issues mentioned and had it all fixed within the hour. We have lived without hot water in our kitchen for 6 years and issues throughout the house and couldn’t be happier to say we now have super hot water in every room and no more issues!
I had sgt out to my home when our pipe burst under the sink. They fixed the problem straight away at a good price and checked the rest of the braided hoses in the home and gave us a plan to update the rest as needed over time! Love these guys

Chris, Max and Mitch sorted our leaking laundry in one afternoon with minimal fuss and maximum service. SGT Plumbing were amazing! Mitch, Luke and Max took the time to understand our family’s needs, helping us work out whether we needed to upgrade our system and finding the best option so we’d have better hot water for the household. They moved quickly to order parts so we weren’t without hot water over the weekend, and even came out late on a Friday afternoon, friendly and happy to help as if it was no hassle at all. We truly appreciate how quickly they came to our rescue. Couldn’t recommend them more.
I recently had a fantastic experience with SGT Plumbing when they helped me with a blocked toilet. The plumber who visited (Shammy) was polite, respectful, and friendly. He thoroughly explained what was going to happen and provided a detailed quote when we discovered the issue was an extremely blocked drain. During his visit, he identified that we needed to address some non-compliant pipework which would continue to cause issues if we didn't fix it. I was impressed with his professionalism and the clarity of his explanations. I highly recommend SGT Plumbing for their excellent service!

Our hot water service unexpectedly burst a few weeks ago and we were without hot water, right in the middle of a Melbourne cold snap. We rang SGT and within 2 hours someone was on site to inspect the damage and quote on a replacement. They took care of everything from removal to install to all the paperwork for the Govt Heat Pump rebates. We are so grateful for their work and the way they made the process so easy. Highly recommend!
Max had an unexpected gap in his schedule so he came and fixed the clogged drains in our house and replaced a shower head. We had only put the request in the day before so it was super quick. The bathrooms did not look like they had a tradesperson completing any work in them, all very clean and professional. Thanks Max.
Kate, Chris & Max went well beyond the call of duty for my parents today!! Not only did they fix a flooding issue, replace their hot water system & cap their gas as they looked to electrify, when my mother couldn't fill out a link online to claim the government rebate, Kate drove from their office to assist to ensure she was able to claim it. Such an impressive team. I don't think my mother has ever called to rave about how incredible her tradespeople are. They will be referring anyone they know your way. Thank you for looking after them so well.
I recently engaged SGT plumbing for blocked storm water pipes - heavy downpours were causing our downpipes to have water flowing back up and out of every join, with so many litres going right under the house. I called at 9am and explained the urgency of my concern to Kate (given we were expecting more heavy downpours the following day) and by 2pm Mitch was at our place, locating the problem (plenty of tree roots had invaded the system) and fixing it within 1.5hours. No more problems with our pipes in the downpours that followed, and a dry subfloor area as a result! Incredibly grateful for the quick response of the team, Mitch was excellent too. Would not hesitate to recommend SGT and they'll absolutely be the first ones we call with any plumbing issues in the future. Thank you so much!

We had Max (Super Max) come over and tend to a leaking tin roof, hammer pipe and a few other issues and he was beyond great. His professional manner, his knowledge and keeping us informed with everything he was doing was 10/10. All our issues have been resolved and also Kate who was booking our appointments and the initial phone call was incredible. Very impressed. 10/10 for Super Max and for SGT Plumbing.
We recently have put in a new kitchen. Luke came and did all the plumbing for it. Nothing was an issue for him, he even fixed our laundry tap for us without me giving him any notice. I really appreciate Luke’s hard work. Very efficient and reliable. We would recommend Luke and his company 100%. We had all the water pipes replaced under our house. Max completed the work. He was extremely thorough and we could not be happier. We have used these guys before and would not use any one else when it comes to plumbing.

Turns out the unit needed replacing and the team at SGT made it a priority to come out first thing on the next business day, and were still very responsive on the weekend over the phone and emails.Mitch was very prompt and more than happy to answer all our questions. Gave SGT a call when I had a burst water pipe in my front yard...even though it was a Sunday, Chris was here in an hour - it rained the whole time he was here, but he fixed it ASAP & even smiled as he did so. Great Service!
We had an emergency plumbing situation arise this morning. SGT were prompt from the moment of our first call. We were booked in for same day service, sent a quote proposal and when accepted were given a window when they would arrive. They arrived within this - even had a tracker to see how far away they would be. Then when arrived, did the job in a professional and cheerful manner. Found 2 blockages and cleared them within 1.5 hours. We were invoiced straight away so heading into the weekend, the pipes are unblocked, bills been paid and we can get straight back to business as usual on Monday. Thank-you 😀
